Job summary
As a Pharmacy Technician/Dispenser, you will play a
vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with GPs,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication management
and deliver high-quality care to our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately dispense medications according to
prescriptions, adhering to legal and professional standards.
* Manage and maintain dispensary stock levels,
ensuring efficient ordering and minimizing waste.
* Assist with medication reviews and
reconciliation, liaising with patients and healthcare professionals.
* Provide advice to patients on the safe and
effective use of their medicines.
* Support the implementation of repeat
prescribing protocols and medication safety initiatives.
* Contribute to audits and quality improvement
projects related to medicines management.
* Maintain accurate dispensing records and
documentation.
* Work collaboratively with the wider practice
team to ensure seamless patient care.

development activities.
