Job summary
We are currently looking for a receptionist/administrator who excels in customer service has good communication skills and is able to work alone and as part of a team. GP practice experience is preferable but not essential, ideally the candidate will have relevant computer experience preferably be EMIS trained. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and willing to learn new skills and become part of our friendly practice team. Training will be available to the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
- Answer phone calls
- Prescriptions
- New registrations
- Liaising with members of the practice team and the extended community team.
- Deal with queries and home visit requests.
- Scanning and Coding.
- electronic mail.
- Booking Appointments for GPs and nurse.
About us
Greenbank Road is a well established busy training practice in the Mossley Hill area of Liverpool. We have approx 6500 patients, 3 GP partners, 3 Salaried GPs. We are based in a purpose built building which was built in 2003. We have excellent patient reviews and a well established practice team. We are looking for the right person to join our team, this is a new role.
