About us

Heathbridge Practice hosts a great team of GP's, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Administrative staff working together to better the lives of the residents of Putney, London. We are highly regarded in Wandsworth for delivering high quality patient care and patient centred care.

Wandsworth borough hosts a large young population, and so we have fewer frail or elderly patients than other parts of the country. This also means our chronic disease registers are lower than average.

Our GPs operate a triage model that combines telephone and online triage. Our nursing team offers a large number of face to face appointments that can be either requested by the patient or booked directly by the GP on the basis of the triage conversation.

Our nursing team currently comprises of 3 Practice Nurses, 3 Healthcare Assistants, all of whom are led by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner Partner. To complement the practice team, we have 15 GPs, 2 Practice Pharmacists, 2 Physiotherapists, a Social Prescriber, a Mental Health Link Worker, a Physician's Assistant, and a great team of dedicated administrative personnel. The practice is a training facility for both GP registrars & nursing students.
