Salary: £17.50 to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, working alongside Clinical Pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, andoptimisedmedicinesmanagement for our patients. You will play a key role in supporting prescription management, medicines reconciliation, and repeat prescribing processes, improving medication safety and patient outcomes.

Essential
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in primary care.
- Strong understanding of medicines management, prescribing processes, and medicines optimisation principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable
- Knowledge of EmisWeb.
- Experience conducting structured medication reviews and supporting long-term condition management.
- Completion of the Primary care pharmacy education pathway
