Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception and Admin Manager with experience in a GP surgery, knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, and a commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinic's reception and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences in a GP setting.

Main duties of the job

As part of our mangment team your main duties will be to provide support, leadership and management to our busy reception staff. To run and deliver the day to running ensuring it is smooth, collaborative and that all administration tasks are completed or exceed the agreed KPIs.

To provide the HR and administration support to the team and be the first point of contact for our patients raising concerns, complaints and compliments.

To look for continual improvement in our systems, recruitment working with the other members of the clinical teams.

The Goodinge Group Practice is a practice of 12,000 patients in Islington. Our nearest station is Caledonian Road on the Picadilly line and we are a 15/20 min walk from Kings Cross.
