Main duties of the job

We are looking for a Salaried GP who shares our values of offering high quality patient centered care. In return we can offer:

Competitive sessional rate depending on experience and transferable skills

Flexible number of working sessions between 2 6 per week

Flexibility with the working day and sessions including some sessions available to work remotely

Teaching opportunities with registrars and under-graduates

About us

Our group is part of Our Health Partnership, one of the UKs biggest GP partnerships, with the aim to provide better healthcare for patients and better support for GP practices in the Midlands area.

Lordswood Medical Group has:

Three sites, Lordswood House, Quinborne Medical Practice and Quinton Family Practice. Cover will be required at all three sites.

A team of 9 Partners and 7 Salaried GPs as well as 2 in house Physician Associates, 4 Paramedics (who cover the majority of home visits), an ANP, 4 Clinical Pharmacists and a very supportive team of Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists

An excellent skilled admin team and highly supportive management team working across all three sites

Is part of a forward thinking, supportive PCN with a well established and rapidly growing clinical team

Partners and Salaried GPs as trainers to students and registrars

A growing group list size of 24,800 patients

Rated good with outstanding in well-led by CQC

High QOF and Universal Offer achievement year on year

Well maintained, partner-owned, buildings portfolio

Significant representation within the CCG, LMC and OHP

Two on site pharmacies at Lordswood House and Quinborne Medical Practice
