Growing collaboration
within healthcare in Sheffield provides PCS with a wide range of

cost. The purpose of the role is to develop our management information into
useful performance management data, providing analytics to support the
management and growth of the business. In
order to match our ambition with our ability to adequately research, scope,
plan and deliver future business growth we require an experienced business intelligence
performance analyst who can take ownership of the business intelligence performance
function and continue to develop it
Main duties of the job
Working closely with our senior leaders, you will
provide a commercially focused approach to business performance across all of
PCSs business areas, from service viability and design, through helping us win
new business, to enabling us to monitor contractual and financial performance
when we do. This is a responsible, varied and challenging role, suitable for
someone who works well under pressure, is self-motivated and can multitask,
whilst still working to a very high standard.
The impact of the role is immediate in terms of
ensuring effective commercial challenge, planning, delivery and reporting of services
critical to patient care, commercial success and organisational health. The
Business Intelligence Performance Analyst will support the company's
data-driven decision-making by collecting, analysing, and reporting key
performance indicators (KPIs). This role focuses on optimising business
performance by utilising data and BI tools to provide actionable insights,
monitor business outcomes, and deliver reports to management teams across PCS
services.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple
sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports,
dashboards, and visualisations using BI tools e.g, Power BI, Tableau,
etc..
- Provide actionable insights from data analysis
to enhance performance and drive strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence
Analyst SystmOne to develop a business intelligence led approach to
performance management and growth.
Performance Monitoring:
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to
design and implement the performance management framework for operational
and corporate service delivery.
- Monitor and track KPIs and key metrics across
various departments or services.
- Identify performance trends and anomalies, and
work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Business Performance Optimization:
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams -clinical, operations, corporate to understand
business needs and ensure the effective utilisation of performance
information for data analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with the
SystmOne Analyst to create and to build automated reports using SystmOne
and BI tools and improve the efficiency of the reporting process.
- Regularly review and
recommend improvements to BI reports and tools used in conjunction with
SystmOne to better serve healthcare goals.
- To provide strategic
and operational advice and guidance on the use of performance management
information to achieve organisational outcomes.
- To work
collaboratively with services to understand business requirements, review
process maps and Standard Operating Procedures, SOPs, ensuring that are
they are current and optimised for effectiveness and provide business
change management advice and support.

improvement work in the area of performance management, including
producing current state and future state process maps.

advice and guidance on how future states can be achieved.

management support to specific workstreams as required.
