Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Primary Training Solutions Division for a Digital Marketing Apprentice. As part our small but busy team, reporting to the PTS Training Coordinator you will play an integral role, whilst building your career in social media and digital marketing. If you are a creative and motivated individual with a passion for social media, we want to hear from you. You will have excellent writing skills, experience with social media and digital marketing, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. You will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, creating content, and engaging with and expanding our online community.

Main duties of the job

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging and creative content for social media
  • Creating digital campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Manage social media accounts and campaigns
  • Designing engaging email campaigns
  • Update the company website
  • Create an online presence using Search Engine Optimisation & Pay Per Click
  • Analyse digital campaigns and report to your line manager
  • Monitor and respond to online community engagement
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute social media strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Budget management for digital marketing and social media
  • Support the PTS team to deliver the wider training programme
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Attending and supporting at certain events and conferences where required

  • General administrative duties
  • Outlook Diary management/meeting /events scheduling
  • Provide holiday/sickness cover for other members of the PCS admin team
  • Conducting competitor research and analyses as and when required
  • Working closely with PCS or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, posts, and adverts

With experienced trainers designing our training packages, and our courses have been created specifically for the needs of organisations.

If you do not currently hold a Digital Marketing qualification, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an Apprenticeship training programme, delivered online and or via day release. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
