Job summary

If you are passionate about delivering high quality patient care, by working in a dynamic General Practice and you have advanced communication, HR, and proven financial skills, then please get in touch.

Main duties of the job

As our new practice manager, you will ideally have experience of working in General Practice but if you have strong managerial experience in other sectors then we will still consider your application.

You will need to have an eye on the bigger picture overseeing our business strategy, accounts, and various contracts, whilst co-ordinating our different teams, managing HR and ensuring the day-to-day running of the practice is CQC compliant and efficient.

We have a strong management team, and you will be well supported by the partners, a PA, Reception Manager, Nurse Manager and IT support.

We work closely within our PCN which provides excellent opportunities to connect with other practice managers.

The position will be 37.5 hours a week, permanent (after qualifying period) and your salary will depend on experience.

We look forward to meeting any applicant who shares our vision and would be happy to accommodate an informal visit.
