We are looking to recruit a new nurse to join
our friendly and supportive team.
We
are a new multi-disciplinary team of GPs, Paramedics, ANPs, Clinical
Pharmacists, Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate, Health Care Assistants and
Physiotherapists, working collectively and innovatively to deliver primary care
to a diverse practice population. Our objective is to provide care holistically
with a focus on high quality. Equally important to this, is our commitment to supporting
one another.
You
will be forward thinking, ideally with general practice experience and have a
willingness to help shape our services for the future. We work closely with our
PCN colleagues and have excellent relationships with our ICB.
We
are flexible with hours and appreciate the need for a good work / life balance.

Main duties of the job
Duties to include general treatment room tasks,
immunisation, cervical cytology, wound care, long term conditions monitoring,
health promotion, travel health, etc.
Salary
Range:£28,500 to £42,500

Working as a senior member of the practice multidisciplinary team, the post

- Mentor or teaching qualification
- Post graduate diploma or degree (Chronic Disease Management)
- Nurse prescriber
- Family planning qualification
