Job summary

Following a successful period of stakeholder engagement and strategic positioning, we are seeking a dynamic and authentic Managing Director to continue the delivery of transformational leadership into our next phase. As the largest GP federation in LLR, we are owned by 30 practices serving over 365,000 patients across the five districts that make up East Leicestershire and Rutland. With a strong focus on collaboration, you will work with the Executive directors to navigate the changing healthcare landscape, harnessing opportunities both commercially and within the NHS primary care agendas, and building upon our achievements to-date.

Main duties of the job

Reporting directly to the Board and demonstrating exceptional leadership, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, securing business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships with local healthcare providers and commissioners.
