Job description

Job responsibilities

• Liaising with patient either on the telephone or in person.
• General admin duties.

Carry out screening via telephone of patients referred from General Practices across Lancashire

Carry out image capture appointments with patients (using Dermatoscopes) and liaise with Clinical Teams who will review and diagnose skin conditions remotely.

Complete onward referrals for patients who require treatment.

Provide Skin Hub information and documentation to General Practitioners

Qualifications

Essential

• Excellent communication and listening skills, Have a positive mindset Work well within a team Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Be patient/customer focused Be able to work in a focused, safe and accurate way.
• AS a Veteran Accredited Practice we welcome applications from Military Veterans.
