We have recruiting a HR Lead/Advisor to work in our
supportive general practice environment/
Working as an HR Lead/ Advisor, supported by our
experienced practice management team, we are looking for an energised
individual who will be excited to join us. The focus of the role will be to
have an immediate and positive impact within our two site organisation, being
visible and accessible as a key member of the management team.
This role can be based at Rosedale Surgery or
Kirkley Mill Surgery, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Informal visits welcome.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone with good overall
Employee Relations knowledge and proven experience of focusing on putting
people before process with the ability to build strong relationships and be
adaptable in your approach is essential. You will prioritise wellbeing,
compassion and inclusion of our colleagues. Championing best practice,
adherence with employment law, our values and mission statement.
We want someone who can gather and understand
intelligence, specifically focusing on absence and performance management, as
well as get involved in wider HR related project work, and to help coach our
leaders in supporting our staff. Communication is key. We are looking for
someone who can communicate professionally with a wide spectrum of people to
achieve the best outcome.
However most importantly and in keeping with our
values, we are looking for someone who has exceptional people and influencing
skills as this role requires you to convey difficult decisions whilst having to
maintain professional relationships.
We are looking for a Level 5 CIPD qualified candidate.

- Level 5 CIPD qualified or part CIPD qualified and willing to work towards Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development with equivalent and recent level of knowledge and experience.
Desirable
