Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to lead and build a
team capable of reporting and managing the digital needs of Aspiro Healthcare.
We are looking for someone exceptional to lead a team delivering both digital
operational support and board level reporting who always has an eye on what is
new in the primary care field.
What are we looking for in the Digital Performance Manager?
Degree or professional qualification in data, statistical analysis or significant experience working at this level.
Demonstratable experience of having worked with databases, spreadsheets to include advanced techniques using Excel, Power BI or similar software.
Understanding of the measurement of outcomes and producing data sets that enable interrogation of data.
Producing reports suitable for board level.
Quality improvement implementation experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to offer solutions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.
Leadership abilities
Able to travel between surgeries if required.
Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees.

Main duties of the job
The post
holder will play a crucial role within the organisation and will be required to
travel across the surgeries, to internally deliver high quality, dependable, digital
services throughout the business, engaging in a range of duties including:
Leading on digital improvement.
Providing guidance and support to
employees and management with digital contracts and suppliers.
Develop effective relationships with
managers within the organisation.
Continually review and implement
improvements in the digital systems and processes, as well as ensuring they are
being adhered to.
Leading on new digital initiatives.
Be able to extract business data and
develop user friendly reports to support the business with activity and
performance targets.
Problem solving, including lateral
thinking to support business solutions.
Lead contact for digital suppliers,
internal users and the ICB.
Rota Management.
