We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our amazing team at Hollybrook Medical Centre in Derby, 8 sessions per week, as a Clinical Site Lead.
We are a dynamic, forward thinking and training Practice with a proud history of developing our clinical team, serving a population of over 22,000 patients.
We offer a MDT approach to our care and offer a wide range of PMS services to our patients including, but not limited to enhanced minor surgery, coil and implant procedures, steroid injections. We are also an active member and heavily involved with our Primary Care Network and received a 'Good' CQC rating at our last inspection.
We are looking for passionate individual with the experience and leadership skills to undertake the role of Clinical Lead for Hollybrook Medical Centre and it's branch site at Sinfin Surgery working closely with the partners to ensure safe and effective delivery of services across the 2 sites.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Partner to oversee and manage effective and safe delivery of services to patients. You will work with the team to introduce new processes, utilising new technology and systems to improve patient experiences and deliver first class patient care.
You will support our Salaried GPs and clinical team to ensure they are working in a safe and caring environment.
We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team within our practice from: GPs, Trainee Doctors, AHPs such as Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physio, Social Prescribers, Nurses and HCAs complimented by a patient services team administratively.
