Job Summary Medical Administrator
As a Medical Administrator at Cornerstone Practice, your main responsibilities will include:

Routine duties such as data entry and document
management

Assist in running the call and recall systems
for long term condition clinics and areas of clinical need

Managing appointments via our computerised system, ensuring efficient scheduling with doctors, nurses, and other staff.

Handling service user querieswith tact, accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.

Supporting clinical teams with administrative duties, including maintaining accurate patient records, preparing clinic documents, and processing incoming correspondence.

Working to Government targets and ensuring high quality
care to the practice population

Liaising with external agencies, such as hospitals and community services, to support continuity of care.
