We are looking for a Practice Nurse who will play a crucial role in delivering high quality patient care, working alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and highly motivated, preferably with general practice experience and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Main duties of the job

- Chronic Disease management (Diabetes, COPD & Asthma)
- Routine & child immunisations
- Wound Care & dressings
- Travel vaccinations
- Cervical cytology
- Knowledge of Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF)
- Experience of working and delivering Locally Commissioned Services & Direct Enhanced Services

A team of 8 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs and an
extended Clinical team of 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, 2 Clinical Pharmacists and a phlebotomist.
A GMS practice taking a prominent role in Preston
Park Community Primary Care Network.
List size of 12,650 patients and growing
Well Organised with strong admin and management support.
