Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care to our diverse population, including acute, chronic disease, and preventive care.

Undertake face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations as part of our total triage model.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, holistic care.

Contribute to the continuity of care through personal list working where possible.

Participate in practice meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and significant event reviews.

Support and supervise trainees and students, depending on experience and interest.

Manage administrative tasks related to patient care, including referrals, pathology results, and correspondence.

Take part in duty doctor sessions on a shared rota basis.

Engage with practice development, innovation, and service improvement.

We are a training practice involved in the development of Foundation Year 2 doctors, GP registrars, nurses, and medical students. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive NHS Primary Medical Services to our registered patients, temporary residents and those in need of immediate treatment.
