Job summary

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead who is IT oriented. You will be responsible for leading transformations projects within the organization.

Co-ordinate with clinical and managerial team to provide support within multile projects using tehnology to enhance and provide exceptional patient care.

Main duties of the job

Requirements and skills

  • Knowledge of using the Microsoft Power BI platform to create and maintain dashboards.

  • Understand data analysis and methods of interpreting graphs and charts.

  • Basic knowledge of the search engine optimization process.

  • Proven experience of knowledge in web programming such as HTML/CSS and JS.

  • Able to provide support related to IT infrastructure across the organisation either on-site or remote.

Website Development

  • Manage and maintain the site of premiermedicalcentre.nhs.uk in Squarespace platform.
  • Manage and maintain the website layout/user interface of theunidoctor.com by using standard HTML/CSS/JS practices.
  • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to the operations and activities of the website.
  • Test sites and applications in different browsers and environments.
  • Implement and analyse SEO tools and techniques.

Data Analysis

  • Using tools such as Google Analytics to analyse sites traffic and obtain various information useful to the organisation.
  • Interpret data from the clinical system, analyse results using various techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Interpret data from third-party dashboards such as Grafana on application usage and assist in maximising usage within the population.
  • Create and maintain dashboards on the platform of Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Be able to create reports within the clinical system and extract data on demand.

Clinical system enhancement and IT

  • To ensure the clinical system (EMIS) is maintained appropriately and provide support advice and training for current and new practice staff in the use of the system.
  • Extending the functionality of EMIS, to improve the experience for members of staff, creating in-built protocols and concepts that use medical coding to generate seamless shortcuts and journeys for staff.
  • To liaise with the practice telephone system provider (X-ON) regarding any faults. Maintain call system flow and troubleshoot any technical issues with the system.
  • Be able to assist members of staff within the organisation to handle any IT hardware and software-related issues.
  • Design and implement processes that assist members of clinical and administrative staff such as; creating online forms in the JotForm platform.
  • Liaise with the local IT team in the deployment of new software and any related issues to a higher level.
