Job summary
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and ambitious HR professional who is passionate about the positive impact best HR practice has on people and the value it brings to an organisation.
Reporting to the Lead Partner, the role will oversee HR operations for a workforce of approximately 115 employees across three sites in Brighton and Hove (Brunswick, Benfield and Burwash).
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will act as the Operational HR Lead, working closely with managers and partners to coach, guide and support them across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring our HR service is proactive, compliant and aligned with organisational goals.
You will be also leading and contributing to key HR projects and organisational development initiatives that support culture, performance and service improvement during an important phase of organisational development.
