Could you be our Patient Administration Support officer working within our Patient Administration Support Officers team in primary care looking after two sites?

Our Patient Administration Support Officers Team play a vital role in supporting our Clinical Staff, Management and Senior Teams. This role is varied, interesting and highly valued. If you feel you have the qualities and skills to make a difference to our patients care we want to hear from you!

In this post you will join a team who deal with work flow such as registrations, amendments and deductions, recall for Long term conditions and childhood immunisations.

Main duties of the job

The main focus of the role is to ensure that our busy workflow is kept up to date!

You will be processing the weekly amendements and deductions of patient records for both practice lists, investigating any queries to provide excellent care to our patients.

You will coordinate all of the childhood immunisations for both sites and deal with the coordination of baby checks and post natal health checks.

About us

Our team comprises of Partners, salaried GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Registrar's and a F2 GP who look after just over 22000 patients, across two sites many of which have been with us across generations. You will be part of over 30 non clinical staff who look after various aspects of the highly achieving practices.

All the team get together in our staff rooms for coffee, food and a catch up every day, we have had great feedback from our team and attached staff about the benefit of this. It offers a supportive environment to bounce ideas around and get to know one another!
