Job summary
We are seeking highly organised individuals who have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and support the delivery of practice services. The post-holder will work collaboratively with general practice team to provide care for patients. The post-holder will be responsible for the administration and organisation of child immunisations, cervical screening, procedure recalls as well as paper records management.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Administrator post is crucial to the management of our patients ongoing health and long-term conditions; the post holder will be responsible for ensuring patients digital and physical notes are up to date, patient information is accurately recorded on the notes and procedure recalls are in place.
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual with an eye for detail to join our expanding team of Administrators and support the development and delivery of our practice healthcare systems. The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate in a professional manner; They should be IT literate and have experience using the Microsoft suite.
