Wembley Park Medical Centre, a large, progressive, and high-achieving Training Practicein Northwest London, is expanding to serve a rapidly growing local population. Due to this growth, we are looking for dedicated General Practitioners to join our supportive team.

We are actively seeking applicants for a Substantive Salaried Post, but are also happy to discuss Fixed-Term Maternity Locumcover or Ad-hoc Locumarrangements, including roles within our Extended Access sessions. We are committed to finding a role that fits your needs.

Main duties of the job

  • Protected Clinical Time:Sustainable session structure with only 14 clinical slotsin a 4-hour clinic. Time built-in to focus on quality patient care.
  • Minimal Tasks:High-volume correspondence managed by accredited AI softwareand a Workflow Team. You'll receive a maximum of 2-3 tasks dailyescalated from letters.
  • Minimal Labs:You only action a few labs daily; the vast majority are managed centrally by the workflow team.
  • Full Admin Support:Dedicated administrative support for processing all referrals.
  • No Routine Scripts: No routine prescription workloadmanaged by our dedicated Pharmacist Team.
  • Minimal Home Visits: Minimal home visitsrequired, ensured through fair and equitable allocation of all work across the team.
