Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Care Navigator/Administrator to join our friendly practice team.

The successful candidate would work within the clerical practice team, providing support to both the Reception and Administrative departments. The ideal candidate would have an evidenced experience of using systmone and have worked within the general practice environment.

You must be accurate, have good communication skills, a team player and also be able to work flexibly in the absence of colleagues. The position is full time, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.

The position is primarily based at Sleaford Medical Group, however there may be future plans to work within the local area as part of the Primary Care Network.

Main duties of the job

The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by a Care Navigator, in addition to completing administrative tasks in relation to the day to day running of a General Practice.

Desirable experience and qualifications would include; Knowledge of systmone and have worked within general practice.
