Job summary
Bramhall & Shaw Heath Medical Group are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Nursing team.
Main duties of the job
To be fully proficient in Chronic disease management, vaccinations and immunisations, cervical screening, contraceptive reviews, wound care including compression, as well as other general treatment room duties.
To provide support to the nursing team including healthcare assistants.
You will partake in the responsibility for overseeing infection control standards and cold chain compliancy.

We are a large friendly teaching GP practice with over 14,000 patients and a team of enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary and friendly staff. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse with initiative, a strong drive to get things done and above all a Team player.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a compassionate and friendly nature, and an aptitude for great patient care. You will have the ability to work in a demanding environment and be committed to offering the best possible care to patients and excellent support to our clinical team.
