About us

The Bush Doctors is part of the HFP PCN which is made up of 5 local sites in the centre of Hammersmith & Fulham, totalling 70,000 patients. The surgeries, Park Medical Centre, North End Medical Centre, Brook Green Medical Centre, The Bush Doctors, and Richford Gate Medical Practice run individual lists with cross site working in areas such as 'patches' for online consultations.

We have a central management team. Our structure increases resilience and means we have the breadth and scale to respond and adapt to change promptly and effectively. We have worked with our local GP and hospital colleagues to set up 'faculty' working in key clinical areas with the most complexity.

There is a strong culture of learning and development, and all sites are training practices. In addition, several of the partners are involved in wider healthcare roles locally. We have an active education programme with all clinicians invited to attend a quarterly half day session based around our faculties. We also have an active social programme with subsidised partnership based 5 aside football, bouldering, summer rounders, choir and biannual parties.

The partnership sites had CQC inspections last year and achieved good overall with outstanding for leadership for all 5 sites. We are strong believers in career development and the GP partnership model in the last 5 years we have recruited 13 new GP partners 10 from within our salaried workforce, many of whom started their training with us.
