The Health Triangle Primary Care Network in Bracknell (Ringmead Medical Practice, Crownwood and Evergreen) is looking for a pro-active, dynamic and experienced Health Care Assistant to join its ever growing team

This is a varying role and will suit a candidate with a flexible attitude, ability to multi task, a keen eye for detail, works well under pressure and has a great sense of humour

Salary will be based on experience

Main duties of the job

This is a clinical role working under the supervision of the practice nurse and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols; the Health Care Assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.

Flexible hours up to full time - Monday to Friday Salary - commensurate with experience

We are a large three site practice in Bracknell/Crowthorne. Clinical staff work across all three sites. We are a member practice of The Health Triangle PCN

We pride ourselves on our use of information technology and we have a team of motivated and experienced administration and management staff.

We are a GMS contract holder and use EMIS Web, EPS electronic prescribing and Docman, and we have a high QOF achievement and a GOOD CQC status.
