Wellfield Medical Centre are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, immunisation, cytology, and other clinical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and a strong commitment to providing quality healthcare services. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
- Manage chronic diseases
- Perform cervical screening
- Administer immunisations
- Carry out contraceptive reviews
You will be supported by our other Practice Nurses and the whole clinical team

Wellfield Medical Centre consists of administrative and non clinical team under the management of a Practice Manager alongside 2 GP Partners, salaried GPs, Physician Associates, Pharmacists and a number of Registrars, who work closely with our Practice Nurses and HCA to deliver excellent patient care. Due to continued growth of the practice we'd like to welcome another Practice Nurse to this team.

- Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
