Job summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Peak and Dales Medical Partnership. Our ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Systmone or be willing to undertake online training. We would like someone who likes a challenge and embraces change and development. We are a very busy, fast paced surgery.

We have had a restructure and would benefit from an Operations Manager to support our team.

We offer an employer assistance programme and have an extra leave day for your birthday.

We are a training practice and encourage further training. We are able to support training up to Master Level on new apprenticeship programmes should you wish to enhance your skills.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are to support the day to day running of the practice in all areas and to line manager the care navigation manager and support with their team. More details are included in the job description

About us

We are a 2 partner practice, across 2 sites with around 9,000 patients. We have 2 dispensaries, dispensing to around 3,000 patients.

Our team are very hard working, friendly and supportive.
