Job summary
We
are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physician Associate who is
adaptable, dynamic, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a busy
and rewarding environment.
You
will be responsible for delivering medical services in accordance with your competencies,
under written delegation from a supervising GP who retains responsibility for
patient care.

- Conducting patient histories, physical exams,
assessments, diagnoses, and initiating or revising treatment plans
- Ordering and reviewing investigations, arranging
referrals and admissions where necessary
- Providing health education and counselling to support
long-term condition management
- Supporting quality improvement, audit, research, and
education
- Contributing to the training and supervision of
colleagues and students
- Staying current with professional education and
maintaining registration

Saxonbrook
Medical Centre is a thriving, forward-thinking GP practice serving over 19,600
patients across two modern sites in Crawley. We are proud of our diverse and dynamic
team, which includes GPs, Physician Associates, Paramedics, Nurses, HCAs,
Pharmacists, and a dedicated administrative and patient services team.
With
17 years of experience integrating Physician Associates into our clinical team,
we are now looking to expand this part of our workforce.
We
are a training practice involved in the development of GP trainees, FY doctors,
medical students, and PA students several of whom have gone on to join us
permanently.
