Suttons Wharf Health Centre is a forward thinking practice which moved into a brand new purpose built innovative premises in January 2022.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly supportive team.
• £9000-11,000 per session (dependant on experience) – inclusive of weekly pro rata CPD as per BMA contract
- Additional 1 week pro rata study leave plus paid session for appraisal /appraisal prep
• Flexible days on discussion- we are looking for 4-6 sessions inclusive of Tuesday am + pm.
Main duties of the job
- The delivery of appropriate medical care to patients
- Contribution to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Participation in the training of GP registrars with allocated tutorial and debrief slots on rotation.

Suttons Wharf Health Centre (formerly the Globe Town Surgery) is an established practice in Tower Hamlets which strives to offer high quality, compassionate health care in a friendly welcoming setting.
We are 5 GP and 1 Management Partners working alongside 3 Salaried GPs who are all ex-registrars. We have 2 HCAs and a team of administration and PCN staff and are recruiting in several areas.

- Maintaining accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance
- Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the workload
- Adhering to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process

- Attending and contributing effectively to service/practice meetings as required
- Ensuring personal compliance with the appraisal process
- Preparing for and completing the revalidation process
- Commitment to self-learning and contributing to an ethos of continuing professional development across the service/practice team
