Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Administration Team as a Medical Summariser.

Main duties of the job

The Practice is moving towards becoming a paper-light environment. The aim of this role is to streamline the flow of clinical correspondence through the organisation, by reducing the number of letters that GPs need to process. This should ensure that GPs are able to give priority to the most appropriate correspondence.

We are looking for someone who is hard working, enjoys reading, enjoys having their own workload and is interested in healthcare and administration to join us.

About us

We are a friendly, 3-site dispensing Practice in Buckinghamshire with surgeries in Wing, Whitchurch, and Winslow. The Practice has 7 GP Partners, together with salaried GPs and ANPs. They are supported by a full complement of Nurses, HCAs, a clinical pharmacist and provide care for 20,000 patients. We are a proactive and forward-thinking Practice dedicated to providing quality patient care. In total we are a team of more than 100 staff and we consider it important to maintain a supportive team ethos. We have a CQC rating of good' across all metrics, thanks to outstanding administrative support.

Although our primary emphasis is on patient care, we value and endorse our staffs well-being in order to promote a healthy work-life balance for everyone.
