Job summary

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for healthcare and patient experience? Were looking for a Patient Services Team Lead to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients every day.

As the Patient Services Team Lead, you'll oversee GP rota management, GP Partner diaries, daily Anima allocation, daily operations of our patient services team, ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient experience for every patient. Youll be a key player in managing workflows, coaching team members, and driving service excellence.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of patient services representatives
  • Supervising front desk operations
  • Managing staff rosters for both clinical and non-clinical personnel.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery at all patient touchpoints
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes
  • Contribute to training and onboarding of new staff
