An opportunity has arisen at
Lakeside Healthcare St Neots for a Practice Nurse who wants to
make a difference in our patient's lives. The successful candidate will join a
great team of existing Nurse’s & AHPs in our large friendly practice.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of the post is to deliver safe, high
quality primary care nursing services to the practice population. Working
within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional boundaries, the post holder
will deliver primary health care interventions and care. The post holder will
support service development, the safe delivery of policy and procedures, and
demonstrate effective professional nurse standards, advocacy and performance.

Practice/Department/Team
Lakeside
St Neots is in a lovely town location with around 23,000 patients. We are a diverse and dynamic team of GPs,
Pharmacists, Physios, Social Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants,
Nursing Associates, Emergency Care Practitioners and ANPs. We are a busy practice with a hard-working, friendly
team all working towards a shared goal of delivering excellent services and
care to our patients.
