Job summary

Lakeside Healthcare St Neots has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, strategic thinking and progressive GP role model with excellent leadership qualities to join our friendly, hardworking team.

• 30/40 hours per week
• 100% Parity –high drawings
• NHS Pension, 10 weeks annual leave plus 10 statutory holidays per-annum pro-rated

Main duties of the job

Working alongside a team of dedicated and expert clinicians at site, you will be part of a wider team of LHG partners, who are complimented by a superb multidisciplinary team. The Group has a professional central management team which deals with all non-clinical matters, including regulatory and contractual matters, freeing up clinicians to do what they do best - see and treat patients.

• Dedicated visiting team, reducing pressure on GP’s
• Team of Paramedics, Nurses and Health Care Assistants supporting and delivering minor illness, mental health, chronic disease and treatment room services
• Friendly team of 4 Partners and 5 Salaried GPs, meaning support is always available
• Long established training practice, providing opportunities for career development
• Established pharmacist team supporting medication reviews, chronic disease and clinical correspondence
• Large multi-disciplinary team including Social Prescribers Link Workers and Safeguarding specialists
