We
are looking to recruit a full time Secretary to join our team across Lakeside
Corby. Our core hours of the business are Monday – Friday 8am-6.30pm.
We are looking for an
enthusiastic, committed and experienced secretary who can provide effective and
efficient secretarial and administrative support to teams of healthcare
professionals. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team and be an
excellent communicator, organised and able to work well under pressure.
Main duties of the job
To
provide secretarial support services across Lakeside Surgery sites and to
help ensure that adequate cover is provided, in a courteous, efficient and effective
way.
Provide
general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly
image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Essential Criteria
Excellent
verbal and written skills are an essential requirement, as well as a
professional telephone manner and a flexible approach to work. Knowledge of
SystmOne and Lexacom would be desirable although full training will be
provided.
