Job summary
As a Medical Receptionist, your key tasks include:
welcoming patients and visitors to the surgery in a courteous manner and projecting a positive and friendly image
Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments
Working as part of a team to achieve the team workload
Main duties of the job
You will need:
Effective communication skills
To be well organized with good attention to detail and accuracy
To be empathetic and patient willing to take time to understand patients who may be in pain or distress

We are a busy GP Practice looking after just over 9,000 patients in Brent, NW London.
