An excellent opportunity to
join our friendly, innovative, and expanding GMS practice in a beautiful semi-rural location between York and Leeds. We are seeking a dedicated GP who
has qualified within the last two years (ARRS eligible) to enhance our supportive
team.
Main duties of the job
We care for a pleasant and
varied patient population of 10,800, with a low home visit rate supported by an
associated paramedic visiting service, first contact physiotherapy, and a
mental health practitioner.
Our GPs and ANPs benefit from capped appointment
numbers and 15-minute face-to-face consultations, ensuring a focus on
high-quality patient care.
About us
We prioritise team
wellbeing with daily clinical huddles, and we have a low clinical staff
turnover. We are consistently high QOF achievers, provide enhanced services,
dispense to nearly half our population, and have an on-site pharmacy.
We also
operate branch sites at Micklefield and Thorpe Willoughby.
You will be supported by a
full nursing team, excellent admin support, and integrated working with the
PCN, district nursing, health visiting, and specialist nurse teams.
