Job summary
Working in primary care can be one of the most rewarding
careers for a Practice Manager. Ideally you are someone with an interest in
helping provide the best GP service to our patients working with staff who want
to be part of an efficient and happy environment. We have very little staff
turnover, are very organised and supportive of one another.
We find ourselves needing to replace our manager who is
retiring after many years' service, but accept there's a huge learning curve
for any incoming manager to take over.
With this in mind we are looking to recruit a Practice Manager, who might
want to serve initially as a Deputy or Assistant so that guidance, support and
mentoring is available. We'll help you
achieve management qualification if that's an aspiration and we'll work with
you to develop your skills and competence.
Our practice manager role encompasses leadership, finance,
HR, health & safety, building management, information governance and other
responsibilities associated with our CQC registration and GMS contract.
We hope that you will consider applying for our Practice
Manager role, but equally would be very interested in hearing from someone who
is keen to be a deputy first. If that's you, then have a look at our job description and make an enquiry. Why not
consider visiting us to find out more about us?
