Administrator

Tudor House Medical Practice

The closing date is 05 January 2025

Job summary

25 HOURS PER WEEK, FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OVER 4-5 DAYS

Due to our current administrator moving on to a fantastic new opportunity outside of General Practice we have a vacancy for a key player in our Reception & Admin team.

This vacancy is ideal for someone who is experienced in working with SystmOne but if not then experience with other clinical systems would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and keen to explore new ways of working to streamline processes with the ever evolving technologies open to the practice.

Main duties of the job

A key part of the role is to undertake comprehensive management of the practice long term condition recall system, along with all other recalls within the clinical system to support patient safety, QOF achievement and ad-hoc monitoring requirements. This part of the role requires excellent IT skills.

Although heavily focused on the recall management the role is integral to our small admin and reception team so candidates need to be responsive to the needs of the service. This will include, but not be limited to, covering early or late finishes on an ad-hoc basis, answering calls at peak times during the day and being flexible with their approach to tasks as identified by the Practice/Operations Manager.
