Job summary
We are looking for an experience, competentHealthcare Assistant (HCA)who can provide essential support to the clinical team, including GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves a range of patient-facing and administrative duties, supporting both clinical care and the smooth running of the practice.
- You must have knowledge of SystmOne
- You must have an excellent understanding of QOF.
- You must have GP Practice experience
Main duties of the job
Your main duties will include patient care and chronic disease management, health promotion, patient education, stock management.
You may also be required to visit patients at home and in residential and care home settings on occasions so a driving license is desirable.
