Job summary
Are you ready to lead a practice that refuses to stand still?
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and imaginative Practice Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our next chapter of growth. This is a rare opportunity to influence a Practice that embraces new ideas, values creativity and encourages its managers to shape how primary care can and should look in the future.
You will take the helm of our business development, operational, HR, financial and governance functions, guiding a talented multidisciplinary team and working closely with the partners on strategic development. No two days are the same here and we like it that way.
In return, we offer a warm and welcoming team, genuine influence in local healthcare delivery, and the chance to be part of an energetic practice making a real difference in its community.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, purposeful environment: a natural organiser, a people person, a problem solver, and someone who enjoys turning challenges into possibilities. Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential; leadership ability, enthusiasm and vision matter most.
