Job summary
Bridgewater Surgery is looking for a part time administrative assistant.
Do you enjoy helping patients and working in a fast paced environment? if so this could be the role for you. Candidates will need to be organised, able to solve problems and work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are essential for this role as you will have lots of contact with patients.
Hours of work to be discussed, up to 15hrs/week ideally over 3 days
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to all Practice sites. The role is varied and highly demanding, requiring a person with excellent organisational ability and able to work under pressure while providing a positive and responsive professionalism on behalf of the practice.
