About us
Overview:
General practice has come a long way in embracing
information technology, and the digital GP record is now a cornerstone of
patient care. In today's digital age, people expect seamless interaction with
healthcare services through technology. While numerous digital strategies
promote online interactions, little support is available for patients to make
the most of these tools. The SWL Primary Care Transformation Programme, in partnership
with SWL Training Hub, is on a mission to change that.
We're seeking enthusiastic Digital Facilitators to join our
team and empower patients with the digital tools available to them. From online
consultations to patient access to medical records via the NHS app, our goal is
to make these technologies accessible and user-friendly for the communities we
serve.
Continuous Professional Development:
You'll engage in ongoing professional development, in line
with relevant professional registration or statutory requirements. Training on
specific software will be provided during the induction process.
Terms and Conditions of Service:
The posts are subject to standard terms and conditions, and
you'll comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
