Based in Watling Street Practice @ Great Holm, this is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and friendly receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will handle enquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will also be responsible for administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and maintaining patient records.

Hours, Salary and Benefits

Shift Pattern 24.5 hours per week
Conversations around flexible working and compressed hours are encouraged.
- Monday: 1pm 6:30pm
- Tuesday: 1pm 6:30pm
- Wednesday: 8am 5pm
- Thursday: Day Off
- Friday: 8am 2pm
Main duties of the job
As a Medical Receptionist working in Primary Care, you will be the face of the practice; together with your colleagues you will be supporting our patients, and the clinical teams that care for them.
The role is varied - no two calls are the same - and you will be responsible for making sure patients are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.
Your primary place of work will be Watling Street Practice @ Great Holm, but you will be expected to work from our Shenley Church End and Stony Stratford sites on a regular basis.
