Job summary
We
have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join us as a Physician
Associate, who will bring their training and experience to take
responsibility for the provision of a clinical service, working as part of our
multi-disciplinary team.
In
this role, you will deliver care to patients and provide a range of services
that include assessments, diagnosis, treatment, telephone triage, clinical
decision-making and patient referrals. You will work closely with the Partners
to provide high-quality care to our patients.
We
are very open to applications from candidates of all backgrounds with a PostGrad
qualification in Physician Associate studies. This role is an on-site role,
with potential home visits too. We will consider part-time applications for the
right candidate.

Cricket
Green Medial Practice is a forward-thinking, well established GP surgery in
South West London. We provide care for a patient population of close to 12,000,
working alongside a multi-skilled team of 40 clinical and administrative staff,
supported by four GP partners.
We have trained Physician Associate on the St George's scheme since its beginnings and have employed several Physician Associates over the years.

- In addition to the right level qualification, you will hold a current and valid certification with the Physician Associate National Examination and a valid membership with the PAVMR.
- Alongside your ability to plan, organise, listen and follow instructions, you will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an impeccable telephone manner.
- You will be confident with IT systems and be willing to work flexibly in a pressured environment.
- You will have experience of working cohesively with a range of colleagues at all levels and build effective working relationships. Your respectful and non-judgemental attitude, combined with problem-solving skills, will ensure you deliver a great service to patients.
- The ability to juggle many plates while remaining calm is essential as we are a very busy Practice.
