Job summary
We are looking for an experienced team manager who has the motivation and commitment to drive forward the success of the practice. They will be able to combine business skills with a hands-on attitude to operational management. Candidates will need to be self-motivated, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
The successful applicant will have the ability to provide proactive leadership; will have excellent planning skills to take responsibility for the operational business functions at their sites. They will work effectively with the Team to maximise the value of our clinical, reception and administration teams.
This is a public facing role, which includes operational responsibility for the day to day running of 2 of our busy sites. Key responsibilities include service delivery, team leadership, managing rotas, implementing Health & Safety and Data Governance procedures, being compliant to CQC standards at all times. An understanding of the NHS and General Practice is highly beneficial but not essential.
Work Pattern - Monday to Friday 08.00 - 12.00 / 12.30 - 16.00
Full time role 37.5 hours, flexibility to be discussed with the successful candidate

Primarily Tanworth Lane and Village Surgeries.
GPS Healthcare currently provides high quality primary care services
through six premises.
Flexibility to work at any of the premises when requested is a requirement
of this role.
The locations of all the GP Practices are listed below but are not
exclusive. Other locations may be added
to this list.

To act as the practice administrator for the clinical system and IT hardware issues, providing advice and guidance to all practice staff and working closely with systems providers as appropriate.
Responsible for promoting quality and supporting adherence to CQC standards in all domains and actioning any directions as required by the designated compliance led to ensure the business is operating within all statutory and regulatory obligations.
