Practice Nurse

Job summary

We are preferably looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our friendly team, but for the right person someone with relevant experince who is willing to train would be considered . We are flexible on hours but would be looking to cover shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

Main duties of the job

The role would include Childhood immunisation, Cervical Cytology, Travel Health, Wound Care, Hypertensive checks, Ambulatory blood pressure, Dopplers etc.

We would welcome someone with chronic disease management experience of Asthma and COPD or Diabeties but not essential.

About us

We are a 14,000 patient practice situated in Amersham with direct train station within a couple of minutes walk. We have a lovely friendly team or 3 nurses, 1 Assistant Practitioner and 1 Trainee Nursing associate, 3 GP Partners and 5 Salaried GP's.
