We are looking for an Administration Clerk to join our our friendly team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sound administrative skills to join our friendly team consisting of GP's, Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist, Physician Associate, GP Assistants
Flexible hours available between 08:30 - 5:00pm
Previous experience of working in a general practice would be an advantage
Main duties of the job
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Complete daily SystmOne tasks
Scan and file incoming documents
Manage requests for information, reports and forms
Coding clinical data on SystmOne
Assist with reaching Quality and Outcome Framework targets
Process referrals and arrange hospital appointments for patients using ERS

Job responsibilities
1.
Process incoming and
outgoing mail and email
2.
Complete daily SystmOne tasks.
3.
Scan and file incoming
documents.
4.
Manage requests for
information, reports and forms, i.e. Subject Access Requests; insurance,
solicitors and DVLA forms, including invoicing.
5.
Read code data on the SystmOne clinical system.
7.
Assist with reaching
Quality and Outcome Framework targets and Enhanced Service targets and claims,
contacting patients when necessary.
8.
Help maintain and
adhere to all in-house CQC standards.
9.
Manage administrative
queries and support clinical and non-clinical staff as necessary.
10. Process referrals using ERS
11.
Produce agendas and
record the minutes of some clinical and non-clinical meetings.
12.
Assist with preparing
clinics and rotas when required.
13.
Work with and support
the practice team to identify improvements to systems and processes to increase
efficiency.
14.
Provide IT
troubleshooting support where possible.
