Job summary
This is a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking individual, looking to progress in NHS management. The successful candidate with form a key part of the East Cleveland Group Primary Care Network (PCN) leadership team, helping to support the smooth and efficient running of the network and achieving it's ambitions for improved place-based care.
The post-holder will support the financial and operational management of the network, working across the 5 GP practices that comprise East Cleveland Group PCN to build strong and collaborative working and helping the network to establish robust governance and service effectiveness.

Main duties of the job
Managing the day-to-day running of the PCN, the post-holder will support the Clinical Director and seven network practices to deliver continuous service improvement, achieve financial balance and develop effective partnerships.
The successful candidate will be highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively across organisations.
Through creativity, integrity and a solution-focused attitude, the post-holder will support the network in achieving its ambitions for improved population health and patient-centred care. Key aspects of the role are included in the job description attached.
